Meet Payal Patel, MS, OTR/L, CLT

With over 20 years of experience in Occupational Therapy, I’m passionate about helping individuals of all ages reach their fullest potential. I founded Reliable Rehab Services to deliver high-quality, personalized care in the setting where people feel most comfortable: at home.

I’m board certified through NBCOT, licensed in California, and nationally certified in Lymphedema Therapy. I also have specialized training in pediatric handwriting, feeding, and sensory regulation. My experience spans a wide range of specialties, including neurology, orthopedics, pediatrics, and lymphedema care.

Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing a neurological condition, or supporting your child’s development, I’ll work with you to create a tailored treatment plan that fits your goals and lifestyle.
